Design and Implementation of a Rotating Hydrodynamic System for Electrochemical Noise Measurement.

Corrosion is a concern for the oil industry. According to NACE, this phenomenon can cause problems that cost millions of dollars annually, putting people and environment at risk. To combat phenomenon, corrosion-reducing control practices must be implemented. It measured with sensitive tools equipment. As result, current study proposes creating laboratory prototype primary goal simulating dynamic operation rotating cylinder electrode (RCE). A (PRCE) constructed using an experimental methodology based on RCE physical-mechanical characterization, mathematical modeling its actuators (brushless motors), electronic instrumentation. This enables design implementation system manipulate rotation speed stem in evaluation electrochemical noise, allowing rejection external disturbances monitoring references turbulent flow. The PRCE's section's design, when compared currently available equipment, allows cost, acquisition, maintenance savings Following that, correct PRCE will validated.
